| Melanie Lowther joined Texas Children's Hospital in 2008 in the Healthcare Engineering department. In various leadership roles since then, she’s spent much of her time designing strategy and guiding work to ensure a lasting impact on the lives of TCH patients and their families. |
| Melanie currently serves as the Director of Entrepreneurship & Innovation with responsibility for innovation, intelligent process automation, and eHealth telemedicine for the Texas Children’s system. In her 13 years at Texas Children’s, she’s become particularly mindful to the intersection of people, process, and technology. With a background in process engineering and trained as a Master Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma, Melanie is the point-person for innovation work at Texas Children’s. |
